The Back Room at the George IV was the venue for a highly entertaining second heat of Lichfield Arts’ Battle Acoustica on Sunday (6th). The eight acts taking part were vying for a slot in the final on 11th May, and to ultimately win the honour of playing at the much-loved Lichfield Arts’ community music festival FUSE in July.

Lichfield Arts is running these two competitions as fundraising activities for the Fuse Festival, which will be taking place in Beacon Park, Lichfield Friday 11th – Sunday 13th July 2014. For the first time Lichfield Christmas Festival will be extending to nine days of fantastic festive events across the city including various gift and food markets, festive tours, trails and entertainment.
