The Bristol based baroque and roll ensemble Sheelanagig bought their lively and boisterous music to an appreciative audience when they appeared at Lichfield Guildhall as part of their tour to promote their latest release Beard Town.
Fred Zeppelin made a triumphant return to a full house at the Guildhall to play their 950th gig since the band first started 23 years ago.

The informal ‘Later with Jools Holland’ format worked perfectly for the Plug & Play event on Sat 24th Sept. All four musical acts performed their 2 sets effortlessly and the poetry interludes provided by Phill Knight and the newly crowned Young Poet Laureate for Staffordshire, Isobel Horseley, entertained the enthusiastic audience whilst the stage crew sorted the next act.
