Following on from the previous Songwriting Competitions, we challenged songwriters to create a song that explored aspects of the theme of 'Lockdown to Freedom'. We invited creations from both new and established artists to interpret that theme and submit their material. We are delighted to be able to share the entries with you and we hope you enjoy.

Lichfield Arts are working to develop digital online content to keep our audiences entertained in these challenging times. This is our first offering - a collaboration between Steve Knightley, Firebrand music and Lichfield Arts. Leading folk artist Steve Knightley is best known as the multi-award winning singer-songwriter/musician and founder member of widely acclaimed folk/acoustic roots trail-blazers Show of Hands. The performance will start on You Tube and Steve will then host a 'meet & greet' after the show for Q&A's and a chat with those who wish to join.
