Concert Programmer (freelance paid)

Lichfield Arts is a small but well-established charity that plays an integral role in the delivery of music and the arts in Lichfield District.

The programmer is responsible for planning and booking our concert programme of affordable, established and known artists that demonstrate integrity and originality from a broad range of musical genres including folk, blues, jazz, roots, pop and rock for our concert seasons.

The programme should also include one or two more ambitious/experimental events such as local artists, different musical or non-musical art forms and artists less likely to be known by our existing customer base.

The ideal person will have a good knowledge of the live music scene, established contacts with artists and agents, negotiating experience and be computer literate.
