Areas where we need your support:

GUILDHALL BAR SUPPORT

We need volunteers to help with running the bar at our events in the Guildhall. If you’re friendly, organised, and enjoy socialising with the community, you’ll feel right at home here. Experience in working a bar would be very welcome, as our bar is not only very popular with our customers, it is also a source of income to support our charity. 

Volunteering at the Lichfield Arts bar is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the local community, meet new people, and experience the vibrant arts scene in Lichfield. As a volunteer, you’ll gain valuable hospitality experience, improve your teamwork and communication skills, and work alongside like-minded individuals in a fun, welcoming environment. 

STAGE BUILDING CREW

Are you hands-on and enjoy a bit of DIY? Help us set the stage – literally! We need help with assembling, disassembling, and setting up our stage before and after events. If you’re comfortable lifting and working with a small team, we’d love to have you on board.

Volunteering for the Lichfield Arts stage build team is a fantastic way to be part of the action and get hands-on with event production. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a bit of physical work and want to see their efforts come to life on stage!

ADMIN SUPPORT

Volunteering in admin support for Lichfield Arts is a rewarding way to put your organisational and administrative skills to great use while contributing to the success of our community’s arts events. This role is ideal for individuals with strong admin experience, keen attention to detail, and a good grasp of office software.

As a vital part of the team, you’ll manage tasks like supporting the operations team, coordinating event details, and handling communications, which helps ensure smooth event operations behind the scenes. Not only will you refine your skills in a busy, supportive environment, but you’ll also connect with a passionate team and gain insights into the workings of a vibrant arts organisation. This role is perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact while enhancing their professional expertise.
