As Operations Support, I assist with a range of administrative tasks and provide practical support to the wider team. My role involves helping to plan events and ensuring they run smoothly behind the scenes, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our activities.

What inspired you to get involved with Lichfield Arts?

As both a musician and an events enthusiast, I’ve always been passionate about the creative industries. Having grown up between Lichfield and London, I felt motivated to contribute my skills and experience to a local organisation that celebrates the arts and supports the community.

What is your background or professional experience in the arts or community work?

I have studied music for six years and am currently pursuing a degree in Event Management. I’ve performed across the local music scene and collaborated with industry professionals at live events. This experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of both artistic and logistical elements within the creative sector.

What do you enjoy most about being part of Lichfield Arts?

I value the opportunity to continually learn and develop within a charitable organisation. Being part of a dedicated and creative team is incredibly rewarding, and I enjoy meeting new people who share a passion for music and community engagement.
